Biography Shizuko was a gift to Jacques Kingsley from an unknown party, ending up temporarily in the hands of Jacques' younger brother, Dr. Verne Kingsley, due to a shipping error. Verne immediately had the unit stripped of the obvious (to him, anyway) surveillance package she was shipped with, and Shizuko eventually made her way into the hands of her intended owner. It remains a mystery as to who sent her and why she was configured as a spy, but the problem has been resolved.

Knowing the good Professor, that problem has likely been solved permanently.

Shizuko is quiet and mannerly, though prone to witty quips and frequently questioning her owner. Jacques is rarely seen without her; in public, she maintains an obviously subservient nature but always seems to be scanning the area and assessing people and situations. When not in his company, she is usually seen with Jacques' drone unit, whom Shizuko shares a close rapport with.
