Biography VUL-TUR3, often simplified to Vulture, was created by Gonghao Industries, a corporation known for attempting to push the limits of military technology. Vulture was meant to be a quick and efficient assassin, able to land fatal shots on the first try as well as an enforcer of law and order when not hired for a job. Some time after the creation of Vulture, the entirety of the staff at Gonghao Industries were murdered. Nowhere else to go, Vulture has been hopping from place to place, hoping to find a place where they can repurpose their inherently violent nature.
