Biography A unit that was originally very unlike her current form. Her original chassis far less complex and used to industrial assignments rather than where it finds itself today. But things never stay simple do they. After being kept in service for quite a long time, the warehouse at the port where the unit was originally assigned, was redesigned. It became necessary due to the materials handled there to have fewer organics involved in operations.

Some of the robots that had been working in the installation were repurposed. The NS-226 Hephaestus designated amb3r was one of them. It's controller was adapted to run Companion by NSCP to handle being connected to an DAX series chassis. It's new purpose, instead of being one of the warehouse machines, handling the simple repetitive tasks it was so used to. It would find itself in warehouse management at the spaceport in which it was located.

This assignment would last for some time, but eventually did come to an end. Taken by a different division for reasons not disclosed to the unit. Unit amb3r found itself rebuilt once more, this time with far more complexity. Now an NS-860 awaiting assignment. last updated: 2023-02-09 07:38:29
