Reason for immigrating Extrasolar field research contract under Bishop Independent Research Group LLC. Biography Tobias Fisher is a navigation and route analysis specialist currently employed by Bishop Independent Research Group LLC. He has held this position for two years.
Fisher was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. His navigational aptitude is augmented by neurovestibular gene therapy administered in childhood. His spatial orientation and route calculation under adverse conditions are noted competencies.
Prior to his current position, Fisher's career encompassed field-based work in remote and operationally demanding environments. The specifics are available upon request. It is sufficient to note that the experience was extensive, the conditions were not always adequate, and Fisher demonstrated throughout a professional resilience that this writer suspects was not optional.
Fisher carries two cybernetic augmentations, both left side: prosthetic arm from the bicep, prosthetic eye. Both were necessitated by injuries sustained during prior employment in conditions that were, to use the most accurate available term, inadequate. The arm is non-standard manufacture, unlicensed, and not registered with any medical provider, as the circumstances of its acquisition did not permit the luxury of formal fabrication. The eye was obtained during tenure at Tei Tenga. They are functional.
Outside of professional obligations, Fisher maintains interests in marine conservation, open water swimming, and orienteering.
Fisher is a competent, reliable, and professionally resilient member of the Bishop Independent Research Group LLC team. He is relocating to Eisa Colony as part of the organization's ongoing operational presence in the region. This writer recommends his application without reservation.
